JJ Transmission

The owner of JJ Transmission is not being responsible with the services that I paid for. He was supposed to fix my transmission 1 year ago and he gave me warranty for it . He said he fixed the transmission the first time but when he gave it to me the truck did not work the transmission was failing. I took it back to him the second time and he said he was going to put another transmission on the car once again he gave me my car back at even a more deplorable state. The cars transmission did not work. Called him and tried to settle an agreement with him told me once again to take the car he said he was going to fix the transmission and once again gave me the car back with more problems. Every time I would take the car back to him he found excuses to why he couldn't fix the car. Tried to get in contact with him again and he started to ignore my calls and at the end he told me to do whatever I want because he was not going to fix it no more because it doesn't benefit him. Yet he claimed he gave me warranty which until this day he has not respected . And at this point he is neglecting his responsibility to fix my cars transmission and does not want to refund my money either. This business is horrible and it in deplorable conditions. When I first went to his business it had a store front and out of no where he moved to another location where he is renting a little space completely unprofessional in the back of another business. Customer service is horrible the owner does not know how to conduct business and his lack of response and responsibility show his lack of professionally.
