After an accident concerning my glass range top in late June, I contacted JJs appliance repair on the recommendation of where I purchased the rangeThe technician came out and said a replacement part would take about a week or two to come in, I agreed to pay for the part initially and pay for installation when the part arrivedtwo weeks passed and I had not heard anything from JJ'sI called them and was told it would take another to weeks as the part was on back orderMore time passed and not a word from JJs, once again I had to call them for any updatesI was told another to weeks and again no part and no update from JJ's I continued to call for updates and was started given dates the part would be in and of course, every date passed with no word from themI finally decided to call their competition who had the part ordered and installed in less than hoursI contacted JJ's again and told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card to which they agreed to doAfter a month, there was still no refund or even any contact with the issuing card companyA check for half the amount of the range top was finally sent in Mid October and I currently am fighting to obtain the balance The bottom line is do not do business with this companyThey are unreliable and their customer service is a complete jokeI never received a single call during this entire ordeal, I had to initiate contact every single timeSave your time and take your business elsewhere, worst company I have ever dealt with

I placed a service call on my Kitchenaid gas stove November 19th They came out a few days later and said that they had to order parts It is now January 20th and still no parts I have called times and have been told that the parts are still on order I called just this morning and the gentleman said he would check into it and have someone call me back hours later I have still not received a call back I have left messages on their answering machine and still no returned phone call I had to go through Thanksgiving and Christmas without an oven and still do not have it fixedI would not recommend this company!

JJ's was contracted to repair my Frigidaire Microwave, December when the gentleman came out he said they would need to order parts After the Holidays I called to check on the parts, I was told it would be another couple weeks, they had to order parts from Frigidaire After a few weeks I call and leave voicemails with no response I then call with a Frigidaire rep about weeks ago and she is told that all the parts needed should be in the next day and I would receive a call I have called or times and left voicemails since then with no response and I still have a broken microwave that cannot be used If you are looking to use this company you may want to think twice...Now I am unsure of what we will do since our warranty is now expired

This is the absolute WORST company EVER!!!!!! Horrible customer service.......I have never been hung up on before by someone that is supposed to HELP you!!!!! Refused to help and then began yelling back at me......I have been waiting for over weeks for my washer to be fixed by these peopleI have been lied to over and over againIt is not a priority for them, because it is not their washer!!!!! They never called me......I had to reach out to them EVERY time!!!! Please, whatever you do, do NOT use these people!!!!!!
