JJJ Carpet Cleaning

I can not testify to how quality their work is because they declined the job because we were not cool with being up chargedWhen I called for the appointment I told her EVERYTHING that I needed cleaned including a large rec area that had many dog urine spotsI was quoted $She literally told me the price may go down when the tech does the walk through, but it WILL NOT RISEWhen JJ got here he told me it was going to be $more!!! He told me he could do the job half [redacted] for the price his assistant quoted meThe OWNER told me this!!!! Based off all the other reviews I assume he must be a good "employee" that knows tricks when it comes to cleaning carpets, BUT he is a horrible business ownerHe was not in any way friendly or a pleasure to have in my homeHe argued with us instead of fixing the problem & apologizing for his assistant giving us too low of a quote We called [redacted] and they came the same day and did the ENTIRE job for $with the stain removal!!

year ago I used Joe with JJJ Carpet Clgto do the carpeting in my homeAfter Joe departed I noticed several large yellow stains, the carpet in stained areas was severely soakedAt the entrance to the main area the carpet was very dirty - brown dirty, As I called Joe back, he entered the very dirty area and he stated "what did you do" " Did you do something?" I was shocked at the question, it was clear that the area became dirty by his pulling his equipment over it and it leakingHis attempt to redo that and other areas failedI called ***, cleaned spotless Joe was dishonest, acted stupid as to the stains and soaked spots I was informed by experts that his machine leaked and when the carpet becomes soaked a yellow or brown stain will appearWas told this is something he (Joe) would well knowHe does kno what all occurred during his visit to my home, enough saidIt appeared he was overworked, had cut back on chemicals (cost) and no longer performed in an acceptable manner

He told me he could do the job half [redacted] for the price his assistant quoted me. The OWNER told me this!!!! Based off all the other reviews I assume he must be a good "employee" that knows tricks when it comes to cleaning carpets, BUT he is a horrible business owner. He was not in any way friendly or a pleasure to have in my home. He argued with us instead of fixing the problem & apologizing for his assistant giving us too low of a quote.
We called [redacted] and they came the same day and did the ENTIRE job for $246.90 with the stain removal!!
