Review: I purchased vanities and countertops from JJJ. The salesman was "nice" at first. We had issues getting in contact with the contractor they recommended (which was supposed to be reliable and reasonably priced, which neither were true) so we ended up getting our own contractor. This process took a month to a month and a half while the vanities sat in their warehouse for a month. The salesman was very rude every time he called us asking when we were going to pick them up. He then complained to us that his manager was yelling at him because they weren't able to pay their bill for our vanities because they weren't paid in full yet (pay half when you order and half when you pick them up). We willingly paid them to be cooperative. We then realized their warehouse hours to pick up the vanities (oh...because they don't deliver) was only from 9-4 Monday through Friday. It was like pulling teeth to have them open the doors to their warehouse to pick them up on a Saturday since that is the only time I was available. You then have to coordinate when the countertop can be installed...this gets installed once the vanities are installed, but by the countertop manufacturer.

The salesman was rude to my family and rude to my contractor(who was highly recommended by a personal coworker and did a great job at a good price) while getting an attitude and raising his voice. I then raised my voice because I won't have someone disrespect my family or my contractor.

Two of the vanities were damaged(on the sides) which when we pointed it out to the salesman, he quickly said "they won't fix that!" I was so sick of this company by this point and my time is worth more than dealing with them, so we just took them home. We were also going to go through them for flooring throught our house; that is no longer going to happen!

I will never go to them again, and I hope the people that read this review take what I say into consideration.Desired Settlement: We would like the business to take accountability for how they treated us and for the damage to our expensive vanities. We would appreciate a full refund for the damage.

I

This

vanities that worked for the sizes they gave us. It is our policy that the customer pays half

down when ordering the balance is due when we receive the cabinets. We are willing to store cabinets for a

It
