Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I started talking with [redacted] about this [redacted] on 09/29/Our original agreement , was $45,for the [redacted] ,with me getting $trade in for my [redacted] 2dr sedan streetrodA deposit of $,fully refundable,if the deal was not finalized for any reason, and a balance of $ due on deliveryDelivery was to include enclosed trailer to my address, and all the paperwork necessary for me to title the [redacted] [redacted] informed me on 10/04/2014, that he was not going to be able to send the paperwork for the [redacted] upon deliveryI was not comfortable with that , and tried to get him to do our original agreementHe declined to that , but stated I could withhold the $cashiers check and my paperwork for title , until he overnighted his [redacted] paperwork for title I was to then overnight my title and cashiers check , back to himI agreed [redacted] ,who I have not had the pleasure of ever talking to, has his wires crossed I have an email telling [redacted] , dated sun10/05/stating : Date: Sun, Oct 21:14:- Hi [redacted] Here is the copy of my title, as I promised I think we need to stick to our original agreementWhen you get your paperwork together , ship it with the car And I'll give the shipper my title and check for the carIf you need time to get your paperwork together , just wait till you get it togetherIf this is a problem , let me know Thanks [redacted] I was clearly stating opposition to their intent to not send the paperwork later,but as I stated , agreed to go ahead with the deal , as long as I kept my paperwork and checkOnly fair way to do itThis was well in advance of the 10/07/ delivery date The car finally got here at 9pm on 10/07/ His agent and delivery driver [redacted] , was to check over my [redacted] , and I was to check over the [redacted] That was done , and we both agreed to the trade [redacted] was on the phone with his driver [redacted] then told [redacted] to collect the $checkI explained to [redacted] that was not our dealI was then put on the phone to [redacted] After an extensive discussion , [redacted] agreed to the contract terms , and we began loading my [redacted] in the trailer The deal was finally done We had the [redacted] fully loaded , and [redacted] had started the process of strapping the car down, when Mr Shapiro called back and told me his partner , had decided to back out of the dealI feel that [redacted] needs to keep with the agreement we had made I feel I have been wronged in this dealThey need to honor they’re deal with meI have proof in emails , and video of the night showing the [redacted] being unloaded and the [redacted] being loaded into the trailer This is my final email with [redacted] He is agreeing with me You are right If it wasn't for my partner this would have been worked outI trusted you as wellI'll contact you tomorrow as that is when I can transfer funds into to [redacted] account to issue you the refund Sent from my iPhone On Oct 10, 2014, at 6:PM, "DENNIS" wrote: I guess we will disagree on this , till the cows come homeI agreed to pay you the 6k when the deal was doneThat cannot be until the papers are in my handI just cant see that any other wayI sure wish you would have brought up about the 6k , before we shipped I would have stood firm , and I’m sure you would have toAnd yes I’m very gun shyI really trusted you ,and I think if we coulda kept your company out of it , we both could have been happy campers right nowI await the [redacted] refund Dennis That was on Friday Guess who still doesn’t have a refund The right thing for Mr Micca to do is send me my car , Anybody want to take bets on him doing the right thing ? The Revdex.com is my only recourse on this.They are trying to not go thru with the deal they made , and lying about me backing out of the deal , when the car was in routeThe business is also trying to withhold my $deposit I feel sure I can dispute the charges on that with the credit card, and recoup that , but it only goes to show what kind of business they are.If anyone gets to read this , I only have thing to say BEWARE Sincerely, Dennis Hayes
