The Statements of [redacted] are not completely accurate.... We were contracted by [redacted] to replace a boiler only.....as we investigated the project...it became clear that this cottage had major issues!!!!  The hot water tank needed to be replaced...., replace toilet, and...

replace shower valve, We were told to do as little as possible so they could get this small cottage rented. As we inspected the property we found that the place had frozen up, over the past winter... There were multiple heating and domestic water line breaks . We not only repaired all the breaks but we also replaced most of the baseboard heating elements from material we had extra at our warehouse... We were not super busy at the time and [redacted] seems like a great guy!!! ...after this job was completed...[redacted] called complaining about the holes where we repaired the broken lines......There were multiple holes cut in walls and we instructed Mr. [redacted] to retain a carpenter/Contractor for these repairs. We are not carpenters!!! and we do not repair woodwork, plaster..etc.. We were under the impression they understood this, We also changed their kitchen faucet...we repaired the B-vent on the roof for the boiler exhaust.... As far as the point about another plumber repairing my boiler this statement is also inaccurate, we inspected said boiler system and when we installed the boiler, we detected no issues with existing heating feed and return valves. Their property manager was unable to connect with us, we attempted to go there on at least 3 occasions if not more.... On one occasion I was given the wrong code to get in the lock box..to repair this issue..... The thermostat in the house needed to be replaced and  they said that they were going to change it..... so to test the system we jumped out and eliminated the thermostat control by putting the wires together at the boiler temporarily. As a rule J.
