The customer ordered a hat that is out of stock but I have ordered itI told customer that I would send it to him when it came in from the hat company plus I would send him his money back plus the hat for our delay Very sorry that his experience with us was not goodSuch a shame that
someone would complain over a $hatEspecially when I'm giving his money back and a hatSome of us Americans have grown to be very impatient and non understanding Hope this customer enjoys his free hat

The item he is waiting on is a hat. The company I get the hats from told me I would have it but I didn't get them because they were still backordered. Mrs [redacted] will get his hat and also a refund check no matter what, even if he doesn't want to retract his complaint. I didn't file a complaint on this other company even though they was supposed to have had my stiff to me by now. So sorry for the bad experience.

You should receive your had and your refund within 2 weeks.

I don't know what info you were given, but, the only response I received from barr's fiddle shop was more excuses. I have not received a credit to my acct. or received the hat. I did tell the owner that I would gladly retract my complaint if I received either. I have been getting the run around for over 5 mos. now. I'm starting to rethink about retracting the complaint if I ever receive anything. I will start looking at what other options I have. I'm getting really tired of the whole situation.Regards,
