Review: My father, [redacted] and I purchased a 2000 Fleetwood 5th Wheel; it was delivered on March 3, 2015. After the 5th Wheel was set up in a RV park in Yakima, began to have an issue with the black holding tank on RV. I, [redacted], contacted JJ Auto Investments regarding the concern. [redacted], the owner was willing to pay for repairs until quote came back for $1,500 to repair black holding tank. [redacted], owner, sent repair guy from Kennewick and the black holding tank was unclogged. I explained to repair guy and [redacted], prior to repair guy being sent to Yakima, the black holding tank still had poop in the holding tank and I was not aware of this issue until I purchased the sewer and water hose. Also the lever for black holding tank wasn't working properly. On March 20, 2015, repair guy came to RV park and worked on 5th wheel for 3 1/2 hours. Repair guy said holding tank was unclogged. On March 31, 2015 at 4:47 pm, I again called JJ Auto Investment and explained to salesman, [redacted], the black holding tank would not clear again. [redacted] said, we can't keep sending repair guy to Yakima to unclog the black holding tank. I explained, it isn't a clogging issue, the black holding tanks needs to be repaired, as that was original complaint. [redacted] said he would speak to owner and he would call me back. I never received a phone call back, so I called again on April 10, 2015 at 12:48 pm and spoke to [redacted], the owner. [redacted] was on his way to Idaho and had bad reception on cell, he advised me, he would call me back; did not get a call back. On April 13, 2015 at 12:30 pm I called again and spoke to [redacted] for 34 minutes, my coworker [redacted] and I tried to explain to [redacted], the issue was the holding tank, not a clogging issue. [redacted] advised, he would call the repair guy and get the problem fixed. [redacted] did not call me back, nor did the repair guy call or return. I tried to call [redacted] again on 4/17/15 at 12:54 pm and it went to voice mail. I left a message. To date, still no call back. The black holding tank will not drain.Desired Settlement: Replace back holding tank and fix lever for black holding tank. This is a health and safety issue. Feces and urine have been in the holding tank since March 31, 2015, I can not drain or use the bathroom in our RV. I have a handicap and this is difficult for me to keep walking back and forth to public restroom.

They bought that trailer as is but they called saying the toilet was plugged and was not draining after they had the trailer living in it for 6 weeks . I sent a mobile RV company to go out there to be nice and make them happy and unplug their drain and told them not to put regular toilet paper down there ..The mobile RV company went out there and unplugged what they clogged up and told them no more throwing down there tampons and regular toilet paper ..He told me they have more people leaving in that trailer then just the lady and her child ..He unplugged it for them and they were happy ..Then 2 weeks later they called complaining again that it was clogged up again ..I told them I wasn't helping no more .....thank you JJs Auto Investments 5/12/2015
