To respond to the complaint made id like to start by pointing out that this woman was not at JJ's Auto Painting when she talked to a man named [redacted], who was not employed or ever has been by...
JJ's Auto Painting. She did not give the business money, she gave him, [redacted], the money. At the time [redacted] received money for the initial work he agreed on, I was out of town and my mother's funeral and had no knowledge of the deal, which was made at a location other than JJ's Auto Painting. She stated to me that she's disabled and so on, so I reached out my hand to help her personally but not through JJs Auto Painting. As you can tell by what she states needed to be fixed, it was mechanical, The water pump and the A arm. I am not a mechanic. I had it sent to another shop, which I won't mention, and had the frame pulled for $200. I save her at least $400 on just that. I told her to take it to Big O Tires for alignment and they could let her know if the frame was still off or not. They said that she needed a lower A arm. The body work I did was a fender and inner fender dent on the door, which she has no complaints about. She paid me only $125 for, which again, saved at least another $400. My feelings on this lady is that tried to help her out and she's pretty much put a damper on my feelings about helping anyone again. I'm sorry for her hardships she's going through, but her complaints have nothing to do with me or my business at JJ's Auto Painting.

I thought that it was JJ's doing the work. Never at any time did he say that he couldn't do the work, he should have sent me away. I didn't ask for a favor, I asked to get the work done and he should not have sent out the truck for work that he couldn't garentey. The part that he sent the truck out to get was defective. I had to have the frame done again because it was unsafe.
The paint job was not good either. That had everything to do with him and JJ's.
As far as [redacted] goes, I was lead to believe that he did represent JJ's, and was going to do all the work that I requested.
Sorry for your loss, I can understand, we both lost.
