JJ's Cleaners

JJ's ruined one of my Polo shirts and will not replace it for me, and I have left 3 messages for Owner [redacted] & no call back. I want resolution.I have used JJ's cleaners for years now, been loyal even though the quality of services have diminished, asking for light starch and getting extra starch (feeling like cardboard) or shirts being lost for days on end until they figured out where the article of clothing was. Still I have tried to use them for my dry cleaning. I brought in a few shirts a few weeks ago and when I brought them home I realized that one of the polo shirts went from White with Blue stripes, to blotchy Grey with Blue stripes.. I brought this back in to the shop and told the front desk lady. She first accused me of making this up, then after I pointed out that underneath the collar, you could still see parts of white, she then realized that it was a dry cleaning error. She said they would want to clean it one more time and it didn't come out they would give me store credit. I told her that I didn't trust them to work on my cloths anymore and that I would prefer they buy me a replacement shirt. I told her it wasn't too expensive, $15-$20 but that I didn't want a credit.She said, talk to the owner [redacted]. I have left three messages with no called back. She also took down my number and told me she would call back after they tried to clean it a few times. No call back from her either. I have been in customer service in one way or another now for almost 2 decades and feel this is one of largest failures for a company to take care of a longtime customer that I have experienced personally. Had the owner or someone called me back, I might not had been so frustrated and may even have tried to use them again but after this treatment, im NEVER using JJ's again!Desired SettlementI'm seeking that the company I trusted to clean my shirt who ended up ruining my shirt, provide my the funds to replace it myself, I would had trusted them to buy me a replacement shirt and or comparable before this but now I want the funds. I also want to be reimbursed for the $$ spent on cleaning the shirt and I think its about $5.00, please see the breakdown below:$20.00 - for a new polo shirt$5.00 - for the cleaning feeTotal: $25.00P.S. an apology would be great and would help to repair the relationship so that maybe one day try them again.
