Totally satisfied! Jason is respectful as is his entire team. They are reasonable, pleasant and clean up is great.

Highly recommended??. He also took down a very large pine tree for my daughter and did an awesome job.

Review: JJs Tree Removal and [redacted] cleared a number of trees on my land. They piled them up in a corner of the property which clogged the drainage avenues resulting in the periodic flooding of our property. He promised to finish the job and move the trees after he was paid. I have made more than 100 calls and/or text messages begging him to finish what he started and was paid to do. He continuously promised me it would be done but always had an excuse. I was forced to retain someone else to complete what he started and messed up.Desired Settlement: I would like him to pay me a part of what I paid another vendor to finish the work he started.

I, Jason J[redacted] with JJ's Tree Removal returned to the complainants home to resolve the situation after he contacted me. The area the trees were placed was the area the complainant originally instructed us to leave the debris. The area there after started to flood and the complainant decided he wanted it removed. I agreed to return to the property and remove the debris but my equipment would sink past the wheels. I then informed the complainant that the ground was to wet and soft for me to remove the debris and the complainant agreed that we could return after the ground dried up. Upon my company returning at the beginning of the summer the complainant hired someone else to remove the debris in regard to our formal verbal agreement. The complainant also commented that we was suppose to have removed a branch and grind a stump although we had never talked about an agreement for that work. I have obtained and completed numerous jobs since this one and have no complaints. I feel like this disagreement was not accurate or true to fullest of his statement.
