Review: I took my car to the JK Auto Service on April 12, 2013. One of their mechanic was pulling my car out of the shop and crashed into one of the columns in the shop. The owner of the shop refused to go through his insurance policy or pay for the damage with the cash. The owner stated that his business is uninsured for this kind of incident. The owner insisted that I leave my car in the shop and he will fix it. The owner provided a vehicle that is in a poor condition (Both brake and an air conditioner were not working properly). I could not believe that this car belonged to the auto repair shop. I had to take it back because I felt that there is a potential risk of losing my life. The owner was keep insisting that I leave a car in the shop so that he will shop around and find the cheapest auto body shop to repair the damage. I could not trust this guy any longer so I insisted that we settle it down with either a cash or an auto insurance coverage. I even presented a damage estimate from the auto body shop that my auto insurance company recommended but he still refuses to pay for it. He said that it is too expensive. Be aware people!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a compensation to repair my car and the time I had spent to negotiate with the shop owner, the body shop, taking my day off from my work, also my wife taking a day off from her work.
