Review: I placed a deposit on a used truck on March 18, 2014. [redacted] the owner of JK Auto told me the truck had been delivered damaged after two weeks of waiting. I told him that the deal was off (terminated) and I would like my deposit refunded. After many phone calls and now 5 weeks later I have not received the refund. He will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a Cashiers check or the money transferred into my [redacted] Bank ([redacted] WV) account listed under [redacted] and [redacted].
