I was sold used edge control. I opened it up at home and all I see is someone else’s finger marks with more than 75% of the product gone. When I brought it to ***’s attention she said I should have asked why it was on sale and she refused a refund. Then she hung up on me. it’s completely unsanitary and disgusting as a business. I have photos, my receipt, and well as my record of calling them
1) this product full price is $6.99 , not $11.99!
2) Before she purchased she asking why is on sale , My cashier told her is damage, some one put the hand inside . also told her all sale is final on sale item . she said its fine , and paid half price .
3)she call on next day , first she asking refund , but my cashier ( Same ) told her all sale is final , which is she knew that . then she asking exchange paid the different ,cashier also refuse on her .
4) As Business owner , wish can satisfied every customers . I am apologize for my employees's attitude ,also wish customers be honest
5) STORE Policy is " ALL SALE FINAL on SALE ITEM " , also is my Decision .
Complaint***
I am rejecting this response because: It is incorrect. I was never informed that it was used. I just thought it was on sale. I was never informed that someone had placed there hand inside of it. With Covid-19 going on why would they think that it’s sanitary or okay. I would have never called and offered to pay the difference for a brand new one if I had know. It doesn’t even make sense that she said that.
