The order was printed out on Monday mornig along with several hundred other orders that were printed out that day and went out to fulfillment in the warehouse The part was pulled on Tuesday and Wednesday Morning QC brought it to our attention that there was a problem with the item The customer was notified and received a refund right away, I wish this process could have been done sooner unfortunately that is also why we post a day handling time on our orders due to fulfillment Any customer order with expedited shipping are handled first, this order was placed with standard shipping and was processed in the order it came in The customer has been refunded in full and this matter is resolved

The customer ordered the wrong part, the part pictured was exactly what he received but the customer ordered a completely different part than what he needed He stated this in his messages to us, Our policy is to issue prepaid return labels if the item is shipped incorrectly or is
shipped defective We can't provide pre paid return labels for items that are ordered incorrectly We worked this out with the customer but that was not an acceptable solution to him even though this was his error He has been refunded for the part but due to the circumstances I can't refund him return shipping since the issue was not ours

You placed the order after hours on the 26th, the 27th and the 28th are non shipping days as it was the weekend Due to the software provided to us by both *** and *** labels are generated when the order is printed, which happened on the 29th Business day number one We prevented a return by cancelling the part that would have cost you even more money in regards to this purchase I'm not issuing you a store credit, you received your money back have a nice day

Our apologies on this, we received the item back on 2/because of the *** case the funds were locked and we were not able to issue the refund Once you closed the case on *** it can take up to a week for those funds to be unlocked in *** so I can issue your refund
Unfortunately, we dropped the ball and never went back in a week later to issue your refund I have now issued your refund in full, the *** Transaction ID for the refund is *** If you need anything else please feel free to contact us.Regards,

Customer emailed us, 2 days after his warranty expired unfortunately he emailed us on a Monday our highest volume coming of the weekend so we were unable to respond until Tuesday the 29th of September.  After some back and forth we issued RMA for replacement as a courtesy to the customer and he...

sent us a Fedex Label that he wanted us to ship out under.   The label was not even legible, it took the customer another 7 business days to send us a legible copy of the shipping label to use.   We shipped out his item on 10/6 using the provided label,  unfortunately since we never ship Fedex our shipping department I believe placed the label in the UPS pickup stack and the product was picked up by UPS instead of FedEx.    There is a good chance the customer will still receive that product but just incase we sent out another board today 10/7 overnight with tracking number [redacted].I believe this is resolved to the customers satisfaction we will continue to work with the customer going forward.

Please check again it's Delivered on 10/8/15 not 8/10/15 it was delivered today.,  I didn't paste the incorrect tracking after all.
