Incidentally the US model of this phone is being sold online for $ These people are criminals and thieves and take advantage of touristsThey are a disgrace to your city

The customer came to the store on april** at 7:30pm to purchase a iPhone charger, he asked for the price we told him the price $39, he paid for the charger and left the store happyAfter he used it and
charged the phone he came back to the store and he demand refund we asked if the charger is not working he stated that the charger is working but he has no use for it now, so we showed him the store policy on the copy of the receipt no refund exchange only within dayThe customer never had a problem with the price of the charger when he need it but after he used the charger he want it to bring it back It not fair to say that we told him that we can charge whatever we want We charge $for iPhone chargerThank you *** ###-###-####

The business stated that we opened the phone charger and charged our cell phoneFirst off we returned with the unopened product within less then minutes of purchaseMy wife was honest with the two males employees and stated that we were returning the phone charger because of the extreme price they charged usThe males initially did not give a receipt only after my wife asked them for it once we returnedUnfortunately since the initial complaint ( all the information on the recipt was put into the initial complaint to the NY Revdex.com) the receipt is unable to be locatedThe receipt was extremely small and did not explain their " return policy"It was obvious the box was never even opened and the product obviously was never used especially afte returning to the store a very short amount of time after the purchase was madeWe foolishly bought their high priced item, had a slice of cheesecake at the Carnegie deli and then immediately returned their unopened product to them This business obviously has had other complaints which are reported on the internet if you type in the business nameThey obviously take advantage of the typical tourist and sell their goods for an "unconscionably excessive price" which grossly exceeds what the product is actually worthWe still have the unopened charger which is in the box and would happily send it back as long as we get a full refund for the productBoth of these men were extremly rude to my pregnant wife who was totally honest withShe was very intimidated by them and their nasty demeanorHopefully if anything gets resolved it will be to save others from getting taken advantage of by this business

Needing a replacement, this was the first store she could find in the short time she had before a meeting. They sold her what turns out to be a 4 year old Mexico-sourced phone for $200. No receipt was given. Is this even legal?
Incidentally the US model of this phone is being sold online for $29.
These people are criminals and thieves and take advantage of tourists. They are a disgrace to your city.

Review: I purchased an iPhone 5 charger. The charger did not work. It also came in a case for an iPhone 4. When I went to return it, they refused. Instead they exchanged it for another charger. That one does not work either. I do not want another nonworking charger. I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of 27 dollars.

Review: Was charged three times the amount for a product that is an unknown brand. (Swt USB power adapter) on April ** at 7:43 pm . This item is a 15.00 dollar item and I was charged 39.99'plus tax total amount 43.54. Went back into the store requesting a refund and they refused, stating they can charge whatever they want and refused to give a refund. Read also other reviews on the internet in regards to this business and this seems to be their practice to rip off tourist who spend their hard earned money in the city of New York. I'm requesting a refund or at least to get half of my money back. I still have the receipt. These guys are scammers and should not be running a business. It should seriously be looked into. Please help me or at least others who are helpless to their scams. Thank you kindly.Desired Settlement: Half of amount charged refunded . I was charged at least three times the amount of what the time is worth and valued at. Product has not yet been opened and will send it back if they give a full refund.

Review: On the [redacted] may 2013 I entered HD Computers wanting to buy the latest Samsung galaxy mobile smart phone which I was shown in the box and paid the agreed payment of $460 plus tax making the payment from our account $500 US. He then asked me to go over to his friend to receive a free case for the phone that's when he bobbed down under the counter saying we did not need the box and put the contents into a black bag and tied a knot, when we got to our hotel the next day in Boston as we were on a Cosmos Tour we soon realised we had been robbed as the phone in the black plastic bag was a 2009 Samsung mobile phone .This man is a thief as he also ripped off my good friend to the tune of $700US.What I cant understand is why New York City Consumer affairs lets this man and his buddies set up business and rob tourists this man should be closed down.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from this crook and would like the City of New York to close him down

The customer purchased a Samsung galaxy phone from our store we opened from the box for them we try it ,than; they got a case for it the customer said that they going to use it and they don't need the box for it , they paid $460 plus taxes total of $500 as it showing on the credit card receipt, than we gave them a store receipt with the model number of the phone as it showing on the store receipt with the customer's name address and Signature. So for this customer to say that they didn't see the phone and that is not true. And if the customer was not happy why didn't he or she contacted the store?

As you can see I faxed you the store receipt with the customer's name address and signature with the customer's hand righting to show you that the customer knows exactly what they purchase..
