JK Garbage Removal

I received Instant Message from them on that my bill was not paid They indicated they were mailed on I never rcvd a bill and have never been late I was given amt to pay amp sent ck on They cashed my ck on I also IM to make sure they rcvd it and they said yes I sent them an IM on indicating I need bill for tax purposes They IM back that they were cancelling me and sending refund but charging late fee as well We exchanged numerous msgs and suggested I call if I had further questions I called and gentleman said cost them too much to continue to pick up trash They cashed my check and gave me no time to find someone else He also hung on me and blocked me on Instant Messenger I left msg for them on because I have not rcvd refund check No return call Still no refund check as of

In response to this claim the customer was given a refund and no late fee was charged.The payment was received late but we did not charge herHer bill she claims she never received we never got backWe are truly sorry she had any negative experience but we were unable to help her further other
than refunding her We did drop the area but the customer was informed when we started her area it was on a trial period.We never drop an area without letting the customer know and we were reluctant to start that area because it was so far out of our area ,but she was okay with the trial runWe gave it a year in the area as we informed her

I was a customer of JK Garbage for four years I wish I could say it was a good experience I can't count the number of times they forgot to come pick up my trash and I would have to contact them I tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt because I know their job is not easyI never even asked them for credits for four years during our local festival when I knew they could not get in to get my trash, but that didn't seem to matter to themFinally a little over a month ago they did not pick up my trash for 1/weeks and it was sitting out back by the door to a business which is not acceptable and I just had it When I finally called and cancelled my service I got no call back, they didn't even attempt to try and save a four year customer I made numerous calls to get the rest of my prepaid bill refunded to me, and again I received no call back The money they owe me is about $21, but the point is how I was treated, the lack of response, the absolutely nonexis
