Buyer Beware! Builder does not monitor whether homes are built to site plans. Driveways and/or houses are installed on adjacent properties. Working with their staff post purchase has been the worst experience ever. When you "call them on the carpet" regarding warranty work, they drag their feet and will bill you for work they do without your permission. They will make you pay for that unauthorized work and if you don't they will refuse to honor the 2-10 Builder's Warranty. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUILDER!!!

Closed on home Dec Notified them in January of flooring issue on second floorThe floor sounded like crunching popcorn or broken twigs when walking across It could be heard downstairs and upstairs Came to my home three separate times during to try to resolve issue, on third try, their handyman installed deck screws through the ceiling down below Issue was temporarily resolved - for less than hours I immediately emailed to let them know flooring was still an issue I was told since it was resolved on site they will no longer respond to this issue Today, the entire second floor (rug, tile and linoleum) makes a terrible creaking, bouncing and wall noise when walked upon Since when does tile make a snapping noise each time it's stepped on? Why didn't they send an expert in the flooring field? Or someone to look from underneath (which would consist of removing part of the ceiling)? When I am constantly told, "I've never seen this before," obviously it's their issue and there is some kind of discrepancy somewhere in the building process I haven't gotten any issue resolved in a timely, positive, manner Other issues include contractors who came to fix nail pops in the ceiling, the same nail pops are popping through one month later Also, they never contacted me to repaint all of these repairs, so almost a year later I have white stripes with nail pops coming out of my ceiling (an issue that should have been resolved) This house is not two years old and I am scheduled to get the drywall demo'ed in the hallway later this month because this past summer the condenser line was clogged with building material (wood chips) and the entire wall had water damage Another issue of a clogged drainage line outside, I am so glad we found that - water was draining for over minutes For some reason the drainage pipe was installed at an incline underneath the ground This has been the worst experience ever This is not a "luxury" home it Is a nightmare Every spare weekend is money and time spent repairing an issue that should never have been an issue I expected better building practices, the realtors and superintendents had much pride and said the stood behind this company Not true, once the year builder warranty was up I haven't received any communications or even suggestions of whom I may call to resolve these issues No customer satisfaction survey Nothing
