Regarding Complaint # [redacted] - Rebates: Installation of HVAC equipment took place in 4/2016. The customer was to receive 2 rebates. One was sent on 6/7/2016 and the other on 12/7/2016. Once the rebate(s) have been sent, there is approximately 6 to 8 response from the Utility...
company. The customer can check on rebate(s), we JKL can not. Though we/JKL understand there may have been a delay on sending out the paperwork it was not done out of neglect. JKL has been processing rebates non-stop as information comes forth.
