I was not pleased with the lack of communication with this company I was given a day and time for roof repair on my house three different times JKS was a no call and show two times and the third time showed up after I had to leave for work in which I had informed the representative that I wanted to be present for the roof repair I wouldn't want to have this company to replace my roof in the future

These gutters were put up over two years agowe give a thirty day warranty onlyWe were called once already, went out and addressed the issue, found that the gutters were not cleaned which means there is alot of extra weight pulling the gutters away from the house, and improper drainage due to

JKS did my roof years ago and I recently thought that I had a leak in the roof and called to see if someone could come and look at it Jeremy called me back right away and told me that he would come out and take a look even though it was a leak on the first floor He came out and looked around and figured out that it was a window that had rotted wood I asked him if he could fix it and he told me absolutely I was surprised because it was not an high dollar job, and I have had other companies tell me that they couldn't do the job Because of the time of the year with the weather he said he would have it on the books in the next couple of weeks To my surprise he did the job days later This is an awesome company and I will have them do all my work

Phone response - I gave an estimate for shingling over his existing, he thought is was for a tear offI priced out a tear off, then he decided he didn't want that because of the priceWe let him cancel the contract after the three day period provided by lawAs far as the ruts, we were not aware
of any, but would be happy to fix themUltimately, there was never any money exchanged, and the job was cancelled because of the price
