Review: I had a home built by the builder. The quality of the job was very good however, there were a few small issues that were identified and the builder promised to fix. He ordered a new screen door which was delivered the first week of April 2013 and to this day has not installed it. He was also told about issues we have with our bathroom sinks (no hot water in one and the drain stoppers do not work in the others) in mid-March 2013. To date he has not fixed them. I've had several conversations with him and sent emails since mid March and he has promised to fix but still has not called to set up a time. His argument is that his plumber is not available and that he only works with one. The builder has also said on the phone that if he does not get the plumber to be available that he would then come out himself. That was more than three weeks ago.Desired Settlement: Builder needs to fix these problems as his contract with us clearly states that he will fix any issues concerning faulty materials or workmanship that occur within the first year of occupancy. We took occupancy in mid March 2013. We have waited more than two months for him to fix these very minor issues and he has not been in contact with us at all to set up a time to come and take care of this. Our request is not unreasonable and within our contractual agreement.
