Great company. I had JL Femia and 3 other companies out for an estimate to replace a crumbling railroad tie retaining wall (approximately 150 feet) and a fence (to be replaced with a masonry wall and a PVC fence). JL Femia was quick to come out and had great ideas (some of the other contractors never even sent a written estimate). JL Femia's price was very reasonable compared to the others.
Overall Lou, Joe and the team did a great job. I was very happy with the work. We received compliments from people all around the neighborhood. The whole team was very professional, friendly and neat. They even went out of their way to speak with my elderly neighbor to ensure her that they would take care of her lawn (one of the sides bordered my neighbor). I would recommend them for all your masonry and landscaping work. I plan on using them for a much bigger job next year.
