I was recommended by Johan F's neighbor when I needed my house renovated. I needed work done for different parts of the house. I always paid as soon as the job is almost done because he said he needed to paid the workers who did the job.He was helpful initially. I thought I found someone I can trust. However, after 2 years and some more than $200,000 paid, he started to not show up as arranged appointment. I had to beg and may be he would send someone and not finished the job. After the renovation, My porch still leaks, the seals are peeling and they had left all the excess unused material outside, so they are all damaged and unusable. Most of all, he kept saying he will come to help ( which I paid), but never show up, or finish the job. So after 6 month to a year, he thinks he is doing you a favor, instead of finishing a job he promised. Worse is when he request cash, which I gave, thinking it might help him to finish fast. He just never show up again, never answer calls or text. He scan callers and not answer. Once you paid cash, there is no way you can get a receipt from him. It is a very abusive and disrespective behavior. All the people who knew his jog had long asked mt to go to court. Even his neighbor feel bad and said he just avoids him when he sees him. As of now, I am reporting this company to the Revdex.com, so that he may not be abusive to others.
In responce to the complain from ***We have to ***'s several times my crew and myself. *** hired my company finish her unfinished basement. The work was completed and then later we did her screen porch woth a deck, then she asked for the porch to be inclosed with window. All Jobs was completely done. I recommend *** to install wood underneath the ceiling deck to prevent water from falling on the concrete floor of deck. *** agreed to have the wood added to prevent water to fall down on concrete floor deck. Water was filtrating in trough the deck boards, my crew and I went several times to take care of the issue. We added caulking and apparently *** states that there is an area that we missed. While we were doing the repairs *** asked us to help her with additional stuff, she was never charged. She asked for granite to be picked from from her friends house and brought over to her house.She called me several times for help, we picked up and deliver stuff she had bought from the thrift store over to her house, picked mulch from The home depot. We installed blinds on the basement patio door. Helped her bring in a refrigerator from the outside into the laundry area. We repaired a water hose, added 2 hose rackets, trimmed the bamboo trees on the backside of her house, 3 times we came to unplug her toilet and a bathtub full of hair. These services were never charged. *** has always been good to my crew and I, we did this in appreciation. I'm not sure what left over material she is talking about. *** has granite and stones on the back of her home, that was nothing to do with me or my company.Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, my company is willing to work with *** to have a issue resolved.
