We have tried to contact [redacted] on both his phone numbers that he had left us, but he did not answer. [redacted] bought the 2008 DOodge Avenger from us on July 24th, and the mechanical inspection came through to us as fully compliant, whereas...

a month later he stated there were problems arising from the vehicle. We took the vehicle in for re-inspection and the mechanic stated that the vehicle needed new struts (wheel alignment included). We spent $893.34 to have these issues rectified, when the vehicle left back on July 24th our inspection did not require any repairs. It is currently January of 2016, and he has since then had the vehicle for 5 months (He called us back in December). This car lot has been here for 70 years, and our customer service is our top priority. If [redacted] is unhappy with the vehicle we are willing to re-open his file here and trade him out of it and put him into something he can be happy in.

I have the original mechanical inspection from car corner and it clearly states that the steering linkage is "non complaint" therefore beyond the struts and other repairs they they completed, the fact remains that the oil leaks were present from day one, and it seems that they are from the steering pump. Now if car corner is willing to open my file and trade my car for another which is fully complaint mechanically, and does not expect to make me pay the fees incurred like the sale commission and "documents" fees, then I will be happy to work with car corner on a resolution. I am seeking nothing more than a compliant vehicle which has the support of the company who sells it. If car corner can agree to this I am willing to withdraw my complaint.

Thank-you for your response, however I do accept the offer from "car corner" and did not want a refund, I just wanted some clarification as to the terms of re-opening my file. I respectively request that my answer to the "car corner" be one as "acceptable" or if it is easier just withdraw the complaint in its entirety.
