Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As mentioned before, there was no work permit posted at my job site for review. Empire State Plumbing & Heating Corpdid not include my existing gas dryer on the permit. The gas piping to the gas dryer was sawed off by Empire State. Empire State did not tell me my gas dryer was illegally connected. The NYC DOB inspector did not tell me I had an illegal dryer on the first failed plumbing inspection , nor did he tell me I had an illegal gas dryer on the follow up inspection a week later. Empire State did not sign the contract they sent. My existing gas dryer was to be connected according to our contract. The furnace name on the contract is different from the furnace name on the permit. Work was not done and completed according to the contract
