We are sad to know you are unhappy with our services, as we tried our best to do what we could to get your clock fully repaired. Although we were able to get the clock to run, which was the service you requested, the weights of the clock are essential to make any clock run, and we were not permitted to take the weights with us, therefore we were not able to adjust the chimes for you. We are very capable of doing this job, but we could not do so without the weights. Because we were not given the chance to finish this job for you, we will simply offer a refund instead. As stated in our store policy, we will retain 25% of the payment received to cover our own cost of repairs to your clock. The total amount you spent was $559.13 and we have included a refund in the amount of $419.34, which is 75% of the payment made to us. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to do business with you again in the future. If there are any other issues, please contact us directly and we can resolve them much more quickly. [redacted] To Revdex.com,I do not accept the offer from this business. They claim to withhold 25% of what was paid in advance of their "service". We were not informed that this was a condition of our selection of this company. I guess they required payment in advance to allow them to steal our money when they in fact never fixed the original problem, and created another problem that has not yet been repaired. The manner of this repair is NOT the correct fix. It is only a patch for now and WILL create a larger and more costly problem in the near future. I want all of money returned, and when we do get the clock repaired correctly, any money above their cost, may have to be resolved in small claims court. Thank you for your help so far.
