Review: Besides the fact that everything was filthy and they did not use sanitized implements, they didn't even sanitize the pedicure tub between clients. The work they did was horrible and everything was overpriced. Unfortunately I didn't realize how bad the work was until after I had paid AND tipped them, and gotten out into the parking lot. I called, intending to come back in and get a refund and on the phone the woman was rude and said that "when I left, they were perfect". I went back in a few minutes later and spoke to the woman that did my nails and asked for a refund for the work done on my hands, they could keep the money for the pedicure AND the tip. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me that the bleeding under my nail beds was my fault because I had thin nails (not because she had ripped my previous set of nails off with a set of cuticle clippers and by jamming an artificial nail underneath), and that the only way she would give me a refund would be if she took all of my nails off.I was already bleeding and my fingers hurt from the work she had already done so I wasn't going to let that happen. I told her she needed to stop raising her voice, that I wasn't going to argue with her, and she proceeded to keep touching my hands and speaking in a different language to her co-workers. I finally walked out, with no refund, and let them know I would be informing the State Board of their uncleanliness. This was by far the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all of the "services" Including the tip. $85.00 total

To Whom It May Concern: Regarding to the letter we receive from you about customer complaint, we now write this letter to let your know the truth. The customer came in and have her nails and toe done. First, she got her pedicure done when it came to polish her toe nails, she pick the color and she didn't want it. She wants to change another color and we happy to take off that nails polish and re-polish for her the difference color. She keep doing that for three or four difference color we very happy to do for her. When we do her nails we already told her that her nail bed is soft and thin. We didn't make her nails bleed at all. If we make her nails bleed we don't think she will let go like that. The price she paid is not overpaid, because her pedicure is 25 dollars and the full set of pink and white is 50 dollars. The total amount is 75 dollars and she gave us 10 dollars tip so is 85 dollars total. She left for a while she call in and want to get the money back. We tell her to come and let we she her nail. Later she came back all she said she just want her money back. And she start said her nail is bleed and not look right. We didn't see any bleed and we tell her if it not look ok we will do it again to make it look good for her but all she want just her money. We told her we will refund her money back but we have to take off her nail and she didn't want her nail take off. We just let you know that we open business for what, If everybody come have nail done and come back said is not ok and want the money back like her and how we get the money to paid rent and other stuff. This customer want to get nails done but she doesn't want to paid. We open this business for along time already. Our shop have all the sanitizer and sterilizer equipment. We were very clean is not like she said. We gave you the price list and the picture of our sanitizer and sterilizer equipment so you can see. Anyway we know that this complaint customer just want to have a free nails done. Thanks you for letting us know about this. So please think what right and what wrong in this stories.
