Was quick, professional and courteous at first but after we gave him additional projects over time things deteriorated fast Lied about replacing water pipes in crawlspace that was not visible to us When plumbing the shower, set pipes inches deep in the wall, said it was fine, when confronted about it instead of redoing the pipes came and bent the pipes Refused to address a lot of valid concerns, when I attempted to withhold payment verbally abused my sister in law who was at home at this time Refused to finish the job and threatened to put in lien on our house if we did not pay Very poor trim skills, people were asking us who the *** installed our vanity because the caulking job was horrible Failed to keep schedule, promised to come at am, came at on multiple occasions Worked very slowly, instead of working an entire day on a big project came at 2, left at 4, then complained that he is not making any money because he has to come to the house too many times On many occasions said that he was familiar with particular equipment but had no clue how to install it even with attached instructions Erratic behavior when under stress denoting a possible drug problem Refuses to fix valid issues with his work, always blames other contractors or the equipment Tried to involve his other family in our renovation ()electrician and tiler), but thankfully we figured out from the start that this would not be a good idea While the plumber has many years of experience and masters license, many contractors earnestly asked us if he started plumbing yesterdayThe plumber is an example that experience and high level certifications do not always pays off Having gotten to know him well, we are very scared of all potential problems lurking in [redacted] work
