I think it was 2/28 or 3/1/14

First of all, I have been at this location since 1952 and never had a complaint through Revdex.com. I consider this rather frivolous, since the complaint was filed with you the day after it was settled at my store. I mailed the check to him and consider the matter closed. I hope that no further action...

on your part will be taken.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
True Measure JL Powell finally contacted me today. Most likely due to their receipt of my complaint to the Revdex.com. I would like to emphasize that TODAY was the first time I heard anything from this company in regard to my return. I find it laughable that they "tried everything to communicate their policy". My credit card company couldn't even get a response from them when I disputed the charge. Anyone reading this should be a little concerned when the customer service department states that the customer is disgruntled. All I did was return clothing that I had just received due to size and expect a timely refund. I first contacted them a week and a half ago and it took disputing the charge with my CC company and a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a response. When I spoke to customer service, which is literally a one woman show, she stated that they located my return "on top of the pile" and have credited the return to my account and waived the return postage. She did state that it takes up to three weeks to process the return (I mailed the return five weeks ago). If anyone doubts my claims here, just call the customer service line anytime between 9-5 pacific and see if you ever get an answer. Try leaving a generic message and see if you EVER get a call back or just read some of the other reviews online that state similar issues. I am certain that had I not taken the steps that I have, my return would have been in limbo for a much longer time. Maybe True Measures new policy should be.... buy today pay a month or two later for all its customers.

True Measure from JL Powell is a horrible company with zero customer service! Ordered Olukai sandals for my husband's birthday. Tried calling several times, no response. Finally, get an email telling me they are closed for a week for inventory and will ship item when they are finished with inventory. Now, they say they is a problem with the "supplier" and cannot fill the order. This whole scenario is bull. I have bought Olukai for years and they are amazing. Skip this company, better ones abound. This one is a waste of time and money

Review: ON JANUARY 9,2014 I PURCHASED A MENS SHIRT FROM THE JL POWELL CO LOCATED AT[redacted] CA 93013 THEY WERE PAID VIA MY CREDIT CARD ON JANUARY 9, 2014 AND SINCE THAT TIME UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM NOR HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAIL MESSAGES MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ALL WITH NO ONE TO SPEAK TO AND NO REPLIES TO DATE. tHE COMPANY THAT TAKES THEIR ORDERS CONTINUES TO TAKE ORDERS EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY OR COMPLAIN ABOUT NON DELIVERY. YOU ARE TOLD WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET THEIR VOICEMAIL THAT THEY ARE MOVING LOCATIONS AND WILL RESPOND WHEN THEY ARE RELOCATED AND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON FEB 6, 2014 THEY ARE STILL NOT RELOCATED AND THERE IS STILL NO WAY TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT (###-###-#### THIS IS THE NUMBER).IF I CAN PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DATA PLEASE LET ME KNOW.Desired Settlement: AT THIS TIME I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL EVER BE ABLE TO FULFILL THIS ORDER AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY FUTURE TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THIS BORDERS ON THEFT SINCE THIS HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED AND MY MONEY PAID.
