MrMcKenzie is a stand up guy that stood solidly behind the warranty he offered on the Bryant heat pump AC system he installed for my mom last year One text message brought his AC guy, Hayden, to the front door, first thing this morning to address a cooling problemHayden diagnosed the problem right away, procured the right replacement parts, and installed them in a quick and efficient manner You could not ask for better service than that which was offered by MrMcKenzie on this day This is the way to treat a customer!
