Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowTire agreed to fix my rims, I dropped them off Wednesday and picked them up yesterdayI was shocked when I saw the work done, whoever tried to fix the rims did a really poor jobThe rims look horribleI took the rims home because I could not go without my car for another dayI only arranged for my car to be out of commission for two daysThe only way to fix them correctly is to have them re-powder coated which they did not do At this point, I’m really only looking for a check for $so I can have the rims powder coated As I have stated before these are not cheap rims, they cost a little over $each By the way when I tried to take off my rims I could not get them off using my air gunI had to use a two foot breaker barWhen you over tighten rims like this you can warp the rotorsWheels should only be tightened to manufactures torque specsI know J.LTires knows this, but they must not careI’ve had toque sticks which don’t let you over tighten the lugs, I can’t believe J.LTire does not have something similar Regards, [redacted] ***
