ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers and those they representIn the case of said customer, their vehicle was towed from *** *** Apartments, lacking the proper decals necessary for their vehicle to be parked legallyAlthough said customer was parked in the designated visitor parking spaces, their vehicle did not have the proper visitor decalAs our contract with *** *** Apartments specifically stipulates, we must tow any and every vehicle without proper decals issued by the complexAdditionally, our website clearly states that, “Our towing is available hours a day, days a week and days a year.” This means that we are available to offer our towing services, not our releasing serviceTo add, the complaint noted, that we “did not offer to help.” To rebuttal, it must be understood that unless the caller specifies that they have an emergency and their car is needed immediately, our hired answering service (People’s Choice Answering Service) will not contact usWe have hired People’s Choice due to the fact that we receive a high volume of phone calls from impaired university students, upset about their impounded vehiclesThe answering service offers as a filter to aid us in helping those with definite emergencies, not those who only have frustrationsWe strive to offer the highest quality service and the upmost levels of professionalism to all parties involved in our servicesWe hold multiple contracts with those we serve that we take seriously, and *** *** Apartments is not exemptThey set the rules, and we follow themAs unfortunate as it is, said customer failed to follow these rules, and we proceeded to do our job rightfully and obedientlyWe hope that this can be understood and appreciatedThank you for your time and for your discretionRespectfully, JL Towing & RecoverySent on: 9/15/4:00:PM
