I am rejecting this response because: He has been telling the same thing for three months this guy is a liar and a thief. I have spoken to him several times prior to filing this complaint and he has promised me my registration and title.

JLC1 Auto Sales is one of the best car dealership I've been to in a while, from the great deals to the amazing staff that they have. The experience for me was a 5/5 when I bought my car. They helped me pick a car that best fits me and for my family as well. My dealer was really nice and gave me the best experience for purchasing my car. I would definitely come back when it's time for my own kids to buy a car. I truly love this car dealership and would recommend it to everyone out there looking to buy a car with no problems.

This company is great and is the right way to go. There is no doubt about that. I bought my car from here for a great price and great deal. My car runs perfectly fine and smooth and has never had a problem with it. I am so thankful for being introduced to JLC 1 Auto Sales, because of their amazing deals life has been so much better and easier to bear with. You guys are amazing thank you JLC 1 Auto Sales.

Review: I gave [redacted] a $500 deposit on 1/17/15 for a deposit to find me a vehicle with clear specifications on the basis that finding the car was easy and he could have it delivered in two days. He told me to put the check in his personal name of [redacted] which I thought was odd because we were doing business with his business. After I gave him the check he endorsed the check with my bank the next day to get paid. The moment he cashed my check he immediately became nearly impossible to get on the phone nor was he located at his primary office as he should be according to NJ regulations for auto dealers. When I finally did reach him after calling from a different number he made promises of being able to get me a car repeatedly. I then expressed that I wanted my money back on the terms that he wasn't able to produce the car as he originally said. He told me he would call me and tell me where to meet him to get my money back but he never called. When I finally reached him again days later he told me he found a car so I met him at a different address of another car dealership at [redacted], NJ in which he showed me a car that he didn't have the keys to so we could even take it for a test drive or go inside of it. After 5 days of waiting and trying repeatedly to meet for a response followup or the return of my deposit back he finally told me on 2/4/14 He would call me to meet him to get my check that day again, needless to say he never called me to pick up my money that day he just ignored all my calls. Then he texted me at 8:39pm telling me another date I could meet him to pick up my money and yet again he never gave me an address to meet him at. His primary business location registered with the state of NJ at [redacted] NJ 07114 he is never there during business hours so he told me to meet him just to shut me up. After I texted him back and asked him for a exact address to meet he never responded with an address.Desired Settlement: I want my refundable $500 deposit for a car he never provided for me to purchase.
