This response is about the complaint submitted by *** ***, CASE ID # ***Central Concrete Services arrived on job site
at *** ***'s to start work planned about *** **, ***The next days while we were preparing, *** added in a lot more work than we discussed previouslyAt this point, I stated to *** I was going to put it all on paper for us to be on the same page, and he agreedWe had left his site and I ordered his materials the following day*** had left to go to work out for weeks and said "take my time" and do a good job!
*** now received the written contract I made with all the extras he added in and refused to sign and said we will discuss it when he gets home againI SAID OK !
I had been informed after by Supply Company that most of his color and other material will take 4-weeks to arriveI called his wife, *** ***, to inform her with the news and she said order from different place and cross reference to be as close as I could with the products so there was no waitingI also had to change a few products from what we discussed because it wasn't appropriate for our climateI made a mistake and needed to correct it, rather than doing the wrong thing and not caring!
I started the prepping for concrete while waiting for the material needed for ***'s project and unfortunately it also took weeks to get, even after switching company products as mentioned before
*** came back from weeks of work*** and wondered why we have not poured concrete yet, I explained to him on the phone that even though the materials finally showed up, the weather was not good due to rain! Very impatient the following day , he showed up at my house *** stating that he thinks I'm ripping him off, and if I didn't start pouring he wanted a full refund of his deposit! He explained that he can't afford the extras and just wanted me to do the job at the first price as first we agreed because he didn't want to spend more than what we first agreedI said ok, this meant no extra would be done
Finally got the materials and started to pour concrete days in a row, *** was pleasedMonday, arrived and it was rain all week, so I couldn't do anythingThursday I sent two guys there to clean, and prepare for the next pour when *** reversed payments thinking we walked off job and left him hi and dryI called him and explained why we haven't been there; *** said not to return to his house because he was getting my competition to finish*** ***! I was willing to try and resolve our differences but when I seen the bad stuff on social media, ALL BETS ARE OF! I was completely finished with him!!!

All *** is using is smoke and mirrors to divert everyones attention away from the factsThe fact is that I asked for, and paid for Stencil concrete, he told me that it was very expensive and said that he would give me a quote for both stencil and broom finished,He gave quotes and my wife and myself decided to go with the stencil concrete because of ***s recommendations, ***, ***'s advise was that stamped concrete is very slippery and no good for us, he recommended stencil concrete because of its non slip surface, so we decided on the stencil concreteAfter *** received a large deposit to buy the very expensive stencil productsHe called me and said that the stencil is too expensive and that he was not going to buy it and said that he was going to do the stampWe said that we didn't want the stamp we wanted the stencil like we agreed, He said that if we didn't do stamp he wasn't doing anything and that the deposit was non refundable
