Thank you for the follow up*** ***o purchased a non-commitment membership on 11/**/2014, in which the agreement provided all the methods of cancellationWe have never received a letter requesting cancellation and the first call we received was 9/*/At the time of her call we e-mailed her a confirmation e-mail to prove that her membership was canceled as of that date and we also waived the balance she hadIf *** ***o can provide us with proof of her cancellation from when she said it was originally requested then we will process her refund as requested Thank you

was mailed to us and received, the member would have received a correspondenceThe membership that *** ***o purchased was a monthly membership not a yearly contractWith the monthly membership a member can cancel at anytime for any reasonThe member called our customer service department on 9/*/about her balance and was informed our system does not reflect a prior cancellation requestWe waived her balance of $but unfortunately we are unable to issue a refundAll charges are valid unless the member can provide confirmation that she canceled online or a certified receipt showing we received her request by mail. Thank you
