Review: Where do I even begin? The owner, [redacted] has absolutely no integrity. We signed a contract which outlined the services and timelines requested. After about 2 weeks his workers quit showing up and he would seldom answer his phone. He left quite a few sub-contractors on the job who I had already paid him for and told them that I would finish paying them. He stated he filed all the necessary permits with the city. I am still dealing with this lie! He only filed half of the permits and now I am sitting with a house that cannot be lived in because he did not file proper permits. When I called him and addressed the issue with him, he tried to extort more money out of me to do what he was supposed to do in the first place! This man is a crook who should be in jail. Unfortunately, small claims court is not really an option for me since I have a full time job and to find an attorney for small claims court and pay the attorney fees are just not an option available to me at this time.Desired Settlement: This man should write me a check for $5,000 if he had any integrity. Though, I paid him much more for services that were not rendered! He could, at minimum, file the correct permits with the city so I could render the property habitable!
