I made an online purchase on 04/11/14. Product was not delivered. The order was cancelled by them with my credit card still being charged.I made an online purchase on 04/11/14. Per the companies web site the product would be shipped the next day Saturday 04/12/14: "Orders are usually shipped the next day after purchase. We ship Monday through Saturday except on holidays." As of 04/17/2014 the product was not delivered. The order was cancelled by them with my credit card still being charged. I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charges as I never received the merchandise I was promised. The only contact information I have for JLK Auto Parts is an email address. I was never sent any confirmation for my purchase(receipt) or any communication that my order would be cancelled. Desired SettlementI am awaiting contact from my credit card company to advise if they have approved my dispute and will remove charges. However, in the mean time it would be best for JLK Auto Parts to acknowledge their lack of communication and refund my credit card asap.

Mailed the broken part back but have yet to get my refund! I emailed again. I emailed again and told them I was going to contact you and they replied saying it would be shipped asap. I emailed back and said to cancel t he order and issue a refund. A week later I received the part and sent it right back via fedex. I received the wrong part in response to my order and have been unable to get a response from JLK Auto Parts to rectify the situation.I ordered a shifter boot and bezel for a 1998 Nissan Maxima from JLK Auto Parts through their website. A shipment was received promtly but contain the correct shifter bezel but the wrong shifter boot. I have tried repeatedly to contact LJK but calls (voice mail) and emails continue to be unansweredIf they don't have the correct part, I want at least to return the wrong oneDesired SettlementI would like to be avble to send them back the incorrect part and get a correct part in replacement. It is now Wednesday and no replacement part has been received. This is the second time that they said they were sending the replacement and the second time nothing arrived. Consumer Response The day after my last response, I did receive the replacement part and this time it was as ordered. JLK Auto Parts has corrected my order to my satisfaction and I no longer have a complaint about this transaction. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Only received the driver's side handle. Later told the passenger [redacted] was back-ordered. Received 2nd shipment of another driver's side handle. Purchased console lid cover for 2000 Ford Expedition. Sent wrong part. Cannot contact them via their web email or the phone number. Need correct part.We purchased a lid/cover for our 2000 Ford Expedition. They sent us a part very quickly; however, it was the incorrect lid. The lid they sent us was for a much smaller console and/or different year/style vehicle. I went to their web-site and sent an e-mail message to their customer service and waited and waited and waited for a response. No response. I then had to find their phone number on the internet in a different listing, as their phone number is not listed on their site. I have called them repeatedly and the phone rings, goes to voicemail, then states the voicemail is full and states "Goodbye" and hangs up. I have no other choice but to submit this complaint. All we want is the correct part sent to us and then we will send the incorrect part back - at their expense, of course. It was an administrative error and they should have to pay for shipment. I want a refund for a part that was ordered and not shipped/delivered.I placed an order on 8/21 @ 7;46 a.m. for an auto part and used my American Express card as payment.The order was processed and my payment accepted on the same date, 8/21. They on their website say orders ususlly ship within 1 day. I used their website to check status on 8/22 and saw that an order number was assigned to my order. In the status it said pending and the USPS tracking area was left blank. I have checked daily everyday since 8/22 and the status remains the same and the Tracking info field remains blank.I have tried through site to check status and even sent an e-mail using my account to another e-mail address I found, still no reply. I have called 3 times and each time left a message for someone to call me with the status and have as yet to get an answer, the last time being around 4:45 p.m. 8/27. No one answers the phone and it goes straight to voicemail.All I have asked for is to find out when my part will ship, but I can see I am dealing with a bogus company. Other reviews have said to avoid this company.
