Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] In responce to ***'s note , first thing, the air was put in May 2011, not I don't no what he means by coming out times and didn't charge me, the air system never had any previous problems, I don't know what he is referring to me freezing up the AC and the poor maintenance All I know is he had to replace a manufactures bad part to fix the problem and he told me twice he would refund the money to meThe only thing I can think about him coming out about different times was when [redacted] Heating came out several times to fix a heating problem winters ago that was covered under warranty Regards, [redacted]

** heating installed a AC unit for *** *** new and the owner of ** heating retired and I bought his equipment & truck I helped *** *** about times just to help never charged him and when he froze up the AC due to poor mainatenceI charged him for freon gas & service call
which was Service Call and for gas in unit, I thought was fair.*** * ***
