garden tool product.  We processed this order and shipped on the same day – 4/18.  When we receive orders for parts we offer a shipping cost estimate based on shipping address and weight of the parts.  In this case, we believe the inclusion of shipping costs was discussed.  Mr. [redacted] did contact us again on 4/27 for an explanation of the charges, which we were able to supply. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There was no quote of shipping charges.  I was simply told 15 dollars and then gave my credit card info.  I am sure that the call was monitored and recorded  (as most businesses do today)  The response was they believe shipping was discussed.  It was certainly not.  I would have definitely questioned a shipping fee of that amount.   Simply put, this was not an authorized charge from the company.  My request for a refund is still a valid one.
