We have a complaint with JLM Energy because after many months of being blown off and ignored, we have reached our limitWe used this company to install solar panels on our houseWhen going through the process, we told them one non-negotiable and that was the placement of where the panels were going to be on our roofIf they couldn't do it, then simply we would not move forwardWell, they assured us repeatedly that placement was NOT an issue at all, and that with panels all of our money savings would startWe looked forward to smaller SRP bills and using our electricity smartly for savings! Well, those dreams and days were short livedActually, so short that they never beganWe started having issues with appliances shutting off when they shouldn'tSuper annoying for a mom of four that has LOTS of laundry, and a dryer that will shut off mid cycleAmong other issues as wellWe repeatedly contacted for help and answersNo answer on calls or emailsFinally after relentless
**BUYER BEWARE** @JLM Over the past year we have been fighting with JLM Energy because they sold us a technology that was not yet ready for production and decided they would no longer support equipment/technology Not only were they unwilling to refund the full amount we paid for the installed equipment, they would not agree to make ANY aesthetic repairs to our brand-new house once the equipment is removed They also revoked the system warranty in an attempted to dissolved any contractual obligation for the solar panels and other equipment all while blaming the sub-contractor they hired to perform the installation Needless to say, the Energizer – load shedding battery pack is still mounted to the wall in our garage and hasn’t worked since September Do your homework before selecting a contractor or vendor to perform any work on your home As a consumer, you do not want to be put in a situation like JLM has done to us *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ***
