 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Good afternoon,  As you can see only in 2015 I purchased over $1590 worth of appliances from Mr. O[redacted] and didn't pay only for the one, which was still under warranty, even though it was replaced in October.  Details are below.  Please check attached documents:1. Inspection report done February 10, 2015.   As you can see at that point washer and oven already were in a very bad condition.    Sine my tenants were leaving at the end of the month (it was walk out inspection), they didn't rush me to replace the appliances.  At that point I brought it to Mr. O[redacted]'s attention and told him that both appliances need to be changed, but I plan to do it once I finish the house renovation and find new tenants.   It took me a while to renovate the house and  got a new tenant only at the end of October, 2015..  During February 2015 inspection oven wasn't under the  warranty, but washer still was under the warranty (purchased April 2014),  that's why I paid only for the OVEN.  Inspector's name and the date are on the document, in case you want to check the dates/details with him. 2. Oven bill3. Oven payment/check payment4. Copies of all the  other payments done in 2015.  As you can see I diligently paid for every single appliance, even though sometimes was overcharged.    For example, changing my "working  drier" with another one, since the "washer provided by Mr. O[redacted] didn't fit next to  my working drier.  Anyway, that's another issue, and at this point I just want to get the service promised according to the agreement.Let me know if you need more information to clarify the issue.  At this point if you want be able to help me, at least it will help the others while dealing with this company.best,[redacted]

First I would like to explain the following points:1 Mrs. [redacted] broke her warranties (1 year warranty) when she did not pay for an appliance we sold her and kept October 19, 2015.2 Mrs. [redacted] bought a Dishwasher and a washer, from us on April 10,3 Mrs. [redacted] ordered another Dishwasher on October 19, 2015.4 Mrs. [redacted] allowed me to install the Dishwasher on October 19,2015 and then stated she would not pay for it. I asked why and she explained that because she had purchased a washer in April 2014 she would not pay me for this one. I explained that her warranty expired on April 10, 2015 and she would have to pay me for the Dishwasher which installed on October 19, 2015; if she did not pay the balance ($212.00) then ALL her warranties would be cancelled.5 Mrs. [redacted] has NOT paid me for therefore I did not honor the warranty for the dryer. However since this problem is ongoing I will be willing to do the following to lay this matter to rest.6 I will NOT send her to collections for the balance of $212.00 (dishwasher) installed on October 19, 2015 and will allow her to keep the appliance with no further warranties on any items that she purchased from my company and she may use the $212 for any repairs she might have to pay --?? ???? or have paid.would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible and with the best intentions possible. Please let me know if there is any further action to be taken.Thank you,
