Our craftsman meet this consumer on the evening of July 7th to provide a quote, which we did. Customer stated she would like to have the work done and was advised it would be about two weeks and that the office would call her to schedule. The consumer called our office on
July 9, not two days later stating nobody called her to schedule a date and wanted to cancel. We honored her request to cancel. We offered to expedite her project, but she was not open to any suggestions on how to resolve the issue We apologize if the consumer expected immediate completion of her project, but we communicated the time frame to her at the time of the estimate

Refund will glady be mailed

Consumer sent the following email update:I didnt receive a refund from Handy Connections. I have not and today is Monday November 9th.

The work that was completed on the contract was in fact completed properly and our craftsman did meet with the homeowner to evaluate any issues.   It was determined that rain caps needed to be installed on the chimney.   Customer agreed and did purchase the rain caps which we are...

installing for her on 9/19.
