Jloft Salon

I made an appointment with Mr. Karl on Feb 2 2020 , he advertised his salon as 24/7. To my surprise we was available for a same day appointment at 11:30 pm. All was well at the time of the appointment. I explained to Mr.Karl that my hair was and has be natural for a very long time and I don't use heat as much only when it is time for me to get an hair cut which is what my appointment was for on Feb 2 2020. After my appointment the next day I notified Mr.Karl , and let him know that I believe that there was some damage to my hair. He then stated that I should come in for him to take a look. When I notified him confirming that I would be on my way he stated " he didn't think it would be this late and he was already home" although he adverted as 24/7. Now a week has passed and on 2/9 , I washed my hair only to realize that it was completely damaged by heat. I sent Mr Karl a video of my hair explaining what happened. He then told me there was nothing he can do over video and that I had to come in. I went back to the salon on Monday 2/10. After examining my hair he told me there was no damage done and it would "snap back" . I have contacted two other salon owners who both told me that hair was damaged. Mr Karl also advertised as "Specializing in all things beauty" He was not apologetic at all he offered no refund. I don't believe he has the background and natural hair care and should not adverse for it. He continued to say that my hair will "snap back" even after I washed it and he also washed it and it was the same damaged hair. It leads me to believe that he is not licences for this type of service.
