called to have my door adjusted on 9/9/they told me it would cost $service call that was fine providing they fixed my doorthe kid came out and looked at my door I told him my concerns and he did nothing about itsaid everything was okHe went to program the opener traveler and hit the down button instead of the up and shattered my pullyI had to provide him with the pullyhe put the new pully in , adjusted the traveler said that will be $I said he did not do anything to adjust the trackhe said it was fineI paid him and he left minute job Since then I got someone else out here and they could not believe they never adjusted anything
