I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have retained a lawyer, as nothing was resolved in this response.  As I stated before overloading a trailer even severely will not cause lug nuts to back off. But not properly torqing or over torqing will cause lug nuts to come off. I have proof to support my claim, even pictures of the lug nuts backing off of the side that did not lose the tires. My lawyer has probably already contacted their lawyer.
