I realize that the parts were put on, however the carburetor was the wrong one and didn't fix the mower The only place that you can get a replacement for that part is *** Others will not properly fit and work I have learned a lot about this since all this started You talk of the solenoid stopping a leak That was not the problem last year - it was back-firing and spitting out gas I have no idea what you are talking about Angie's List I am not a member of Angie's List and don't know what that service would be Since your main mechanic left, I am still solid in belief that no one knew how to fix the mower In addition to that, it sat out in the rain because it was rusted At no time was my mower left outsideParts were not re-connected and a socket was left under the engine cover The carb you put in was full of water and rusted The [redacted] mechanic poured water out of it So I paid you to not fix it and [redacted] wanted another $to fix it rightI still believe that I am still entitle to a refund from you for the cost of the carburetor

I'm very sorry but we put a new carbon it and it was not spitting gas any more when it left here everything was fineWe did everything we was told to do I'm very sorry for any inconvenience I can see why we should give her money back to her when she told us that the unit needed a carbin the first place. Thanks, Management

Look we put a brand new fuel cut off solenoid on the unit and a new Carb We can't give any money back to you We also did a Angie's List Service on your unit and their not even giving your money back to you The fuel cut off solenoid is to shut off the fuel when you are not using the unit, so if you use that it would not leak I'm very sorry if you didn't like are service There is nothing else we can do

I did not tell them that the mower needed a new carburetor If I would have known what was wrong, I would have had my neighbor put that in They are the ones that advised me of that, gave me a price of and I told them to go ahead When *** came and made an on-site repair attempt, they found that the carburetor was the wrong one, etc (other items stated in the first email Also, there were wires that were not attached anywhere, the light were not attached, there was a 5/socket still in there and it did not run When I talked to the one service person in the many calls that I initiated, he said he replaced the carburetor and that it didn't solve the problem He also said that he ran the battery down trying to start it This is why I reject the response

I realize that the parts were put on, however the carburetor was the wrong one and didn't fix the mower.  The only place that you can get a replacement for that part is [redacted].  Others will not properly fit and work.  I have learned a lot about this since all this started.  You talk of the solenoid stopping a leak.  That was not the problem last year - it was back-firing and spitting out gas.  I have no idea what you are talking about Angie's List.  I am not a member of Angie's List and don't know what that service would be.  Since your main mechanic left, I am still solid in belief that no one knew how to fix the mower.  In addition to that, it sat out in the rain because it was rusted.  At no time was  my mower left outside. Parts were not re-connected and a socket was left under the engine cover.  The carb you put in was full of water and rusted.  The [redacted] mechanic poured water out of it.  So I paid you to not fix it and [redacted] wanted another $500 to fix it right. I still believe that I am still entitle to a refund from you for the cost of the carburetor.

I'm very sorry but we put a new carb. on it and it was not spitting gas any more when it left here everything was fine. We did everything we was told to do.  I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.  I can see why we should give her money back to her when she told us that the unit needed a...

carb. in the first place. Thanks, Management.
