hired Jlynn to do some tuck pointing. Felt they didn't have proper equipment. For the work that was done the rate was a little steep. Some other minor things were done for additional fee i.e. concrete work, already showing signs of cracks.. Some issues were resolved, not in a timely manor.
Would have loved to give him additional business, Lesson learn.
