Review: I was to receive a full refund on flowers I ordered that never got delievered. I was supposed to recieve the refund a week ago and have yet to receive the refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund.

Review: On February 15th, 2015 I placed an order in the amount of $64.98 through 1-800Flowers.com to be delivered on March 14th, 2015

The following business day, I contacted their customer support department by phone to cancel the order. After being told I could not cancel the order and being transferred multiple times, I finally reached someone who approved the cancellation. The lady I spoke with stated that I would receive an email within 24 Hours confirming the cancellation of my order (email: [redacted]), and that I would see the amount posted back into my [redacted] account within the next couple of business days. In good faith, I awaited my confirmation email and for the amount to be accredited back to my account. As of today, February 25th, 2015 there has been no sign of either.

This morning I called into 1-800Flowers.com to check on the status of my cancellation and refund. Because of my previous experience the week before, I knew they were going to give me a hard time, but proceeded with everything they told me regardless. The lady that I spoke with informed me that the amount was credited back to me on February 18th, 2015 and that I should have received it by now. I informed her I had not received the credit, nor had I received the email verifying. She stated that I would need to speak to the billing department. I was transferred and spoke with another woman. After looking into my account she informed me that they attempted to credit the amount back to me on February 19th, 2015 (not the 18th as the previous lady had said), and every day since then up to today, February 25th, 2015, but received each transaction back. She stated that [redacted] declined each return and they were starting the process of sending out a manual check. I informed the representative that I did not want a check in the mail, and that I wanted the money put back into my account as promised over a week ago. She stated that they tried on our end and that I would need to speak with [redacted].Desired Settlement: [redacted] looked into the order and informed me that they never attempted to credit back to me. They gave me the option of disputing or having 1-800Flowers.com contact them personally. Trying to do the right thing, I contacted 1-800Flowers.com, explained the entire situation, and was told he would contact [redacted] and speak to them while putting me on hold. I waited about 15 minutes, then was directed to [redacted] After explaining to the [redacted] rep the ENTIRE process I had gone through this morning, he immediately opened the dispute to a claim and gave 1-800Flowers 10 days to respond. I am very irritated and upset with this company, will never purchase from them again, and will instruct EVERYONE I know to avoid them at all costs. All I want is my money back as promised, some other type of compensation for my troubles, and for this business to be evaluated.

1-800Flowers.com has unethical practices and should not be allowed to put their customers through such a hassle w/out disciplinary action.

Review: The flowers I sent were not delivered. No contact was made to me to let me know this. I only found out when I inquired with the recipient. I've asked four times for a refund and have no been issued one nor confirmed that I would receive one. I want to avoid chargingback for services not provided but I fear it might come to thatDesired Settlement: Please refund in full

Review: I placed an order om 2/3/16 for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines day. 2/14/16. The flowers were not delivered as scheduled so I called to cancel the order. I was told the full amount has been credited to my account. It has been over two weeks now. The money has still not shown up in my account. I called the billing department of 1800flowers. They asked me to ask my bank because accroding to them, they have credited the account, My bank said there is nothing like that and they have not blocked any credit from coming into the account. All I want is my full refund.

Review: SIGNED UP FOR FREE MEMBERSHIP FROM 7-1-14 TO 11-1-14........NOTIFIED COMPANY ON 9-8-14 TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP. AS OF THIS DATE I'M BEING CHARGED $500+ DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY SAY I DIDN'T GIVE THEM AMPLE NOTICE.Desired Settlement: SINCE I GAVE COMPANY AMPLE NOTICE PRIOR TO THE OCTOBER 2014 DEADLINE, I FEEL AS THOUGH I SHOULDN'T OWE ANYTHING. INSTEAD, THE COMPANY KEEPS ROLLING OVER BILLING WHICH KEEPS INCREASING.

Review: On January 5th 2016 I placed an order for a flower arrangement to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. Flowers where delivered on time as promised. When I arrived at my house I realized the flowers didn't look like the ones I paid for online. Some of the flowers were bruised and did not looked healthy overall. Regardless of this, my wife loved the flowers. By the second day I noticed the flowers where already dying which made me very disappointed due to the fact that 1800-flowers advertisements state that the flowers will last about a week. This was not the case. I contacted the company and they gave me a call back. The person on the phone did not sound very happy about having to send another order of flower, making me assume this was a third party store and not someone directly from 1800-flowers. She collected my information and stated she would send another flower arrangement and collect the old one to which I did not have any objections. The lady on the phone told me that the delivery would take place some time around "7 pm". I waited passed 9 pm for the delivery and did not arrived. I went to sleep as I had an early work day the next morning. At 12:07 am the buzzer for my door kept going non-stop. I got up thinking there was an emergency. It was the flower arrangement being delivered at midnight. The buzzing had woken up my pregnant wife and my 7 year old son at this point. Upon opening the door I asked the delivery guy why he was delivering this flowers at such late hours without any notice to give me the chance to reschedule or at least be aware that it was coming late. The delivery guy simply said the flower shop give him many deliveries, then he left. I contacted the company the same night (4 days ago) expressing my disappointment with their services and lack of respect for their customer's time. No response from 1800-flowers or their rude third party. By the way, the new flowers delivered were almost dead by day 3. Beyond disappointed.Desired Settlement: 1800-flowers should be more careful when choosing what I assume are third party flower shops. This one in particular I dealt with had poor customer service and in addition their flowers do not meet the standards advertised on your website. First impressions are extremely important when giving flowers. No matter how many times you replace the flowers I purchased , the ones that only going to matter are the ones that were initially given as a surprise.

Review: I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for valentines day to be delivered in Minneapolis. My recipients said thank you however we cannot eat them they are moldy we had to throw them away. So I paid nearly $70 for a product and shipping that was a comlete and total loss now the company claims they will give me 50% back.... I want a full refund now im done going around and around with them I don't have time for this and I expected the product I ordered to be delivered in satisfactory/edible conditionDesired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT ANY TYEPE OF CREDIT FOR THE SAME COMPANY AT ALL!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND ISSUED TO MY CARD IMMEDIATELY!
