contacted by *** who stated that he was the "*** ***" of JM AutoThe voice message he left me initially was rude and accusatory towards me for filing a complaint on them and for "wanting them to send me a part out of thin air"When I returned his call and spoke with him he acted as if he had not known of the problem with this orderI gave him the benefit of the doubt and he gave me the assurance that the part I had chosen to replace the original order was due to arrive within the next week We also discussed that the difference in price between the original order and the new order would be refunded to me by form of a check to be shipped to me with this new orderI did just receive the part which is as the manufacturer description stated it would beHowever before it was shipped I received an email from *** that stated the following "I would love to send you your tracking information but I believe we agreed you would remove that Revdex.com Complaint. As of this morning, it is still there

I responded that once I received the package and my refund I would update my complaint to reflect the steps taken to resolve the issueAbout a week later the order arrived with no refund check included I have emailed back a few times with no response I have called and left voice messages with no responseAt this point I am releived that I have finally after two years received something for the money I had paid them, but feel as if this company has stolen my money and only sent me a product as a result of my complaint to the Revdex.comMy hope is that people will find this review and use caution in ordering from this companyMy experience throughout has been that this is a very shady business that treats customers with a very poor attitudeMy hope is that people read my experience with them and choose to shop elsewhere.

cost us to ship this item from us to you.  You were not billed an international fee at all.   What I will do is refund $7.32 on this order to make it an even $10 for shipping.  I hope that helps you out and shows we are sorry for the confusion.

Review: I originally bought a radiator for my car from this company that costed $285. I needed it as soon as possible due to having to go out of town and needed it before making the road trip so I paid for 2nd day shipping, which costed $75. I ordered this on the Thursday before the [redacted] of July. I talked to the owner of the company, Joseph, the next day on Friday and he said even though it was a holiday weekend, he would get it shipped out that Friday and it would be at my house on Monday. I have messages to prove this. Anyways, I had to leave out of town the following Wednesday. The product did not get to me Monday like Joseph had said. Come to find out, the product didn't ship until Monday and not the Friday before that Joseph had promised me. So I had to find the product locally (I'm in Phoenix, AZ). The product didn't get to my house until Wednesday after I had already left out of town. Anyways, so when I got back home I started the process of doing the return of the product back to them. They did not respond to my emails, didn't answer their phones, I had to send multiple emails in order for them to finally get back to me days later to provide me with an RMA number for the return. I call them demanding that they give me my money back plus refunding me for shipping. They refused to refund me the $75 for shipping, so I just eventually gave up and returned the product and would settle with just getting the money back for what the product itself costed. I called them and they told me there would be no restocking fee. So I shipped the product back and it took them a week for the money to show back up in my [redacted], except they didn't refund me the full $285 the product costed, they refunded me $214 because there was a restocking applied. I called and told them that they said that they would not charge me a restocking fee and they agreed and that they would add the difference to my [redacted] account. I check my account a week later and I don't see the rest of my money. I call them again and they said that it would take a few days to show up. I just now check again (another week later) and the money is still not in there. I have tried to deal with the employees of this place and they continue to not do what they say they are going to do.Desired Settlement: All I want is for me to get back the original cost of the product ($285). Being that they said there would be no restocking fee, which they agreed with and they have on file under my notes when I called them asking about why the full value wasn't refunded.

Review: On October *, 2014, I contacted JM Autoracing via a [redacted] forum thread, in which they were selling aftermarket parts. I inquired through a private message about pricing that included shipping to my residence. I was quoted a price, agreed on it, and then made payment via [redacted] A few minutes later, I received an email from JM Autoracing asking how I wanted to pay the extra shipping costs that would be incurred. When I mentioned that the price quote I received prior was supposed to include shipping as well, the gentleman told me that his "sales rep" typed in the wrong zip code when calculating my shipping costs. Instead of [redacted]. he supposedly typed in [redacted].

I informed them that I was not interested in completing the purchase if the quoted price was not honored. I was told that shipping via [redacted] would be an additional $58.96. I was then told, "What I can do is upgrade that to 2 day Priority at no extra charge," and that they had "spoken to management and they said that they would be willing to split the shipping cost due to the error on our part. So it would cost you $29.48."

That sounded fair, so I went ahead and made the additional payment via [redacted] I was provided with a [redacted] tracking number [redacted], and an email saying that my product was shipped out on October *, 2014.

If you look at the tracking page however, it says it doesn't depart until October **, 2014. Completely understandable and I anticipated receiving my product on October ** at the latest.

On October **, 2014, I inquire with JM Auto on the status of my package. I received the following response:

"[redacted],

Are you saying you still have not received this package?!

I’m showing it states for Friday which is absolute ** as this is a priority package. I will contact [redacted] at once and get this resolved!"

On October **, 2014, I receive an email stating, "No problem. I am filing a claim with them and as soon as I hear something I will let you know. Regardless, you should have that package Friday per their tracking information."

I finally receive the package on October 23, 2014, a full 14 days after my order supposedly shipped out. When the postman delivers, I am told that JM Autoracing shipped out an exhaust system for a car under "Media Mail" which [redacted] describes as material that must be sent including educational media. Video games, computer drives, or digital drives of any kind are not items qualified for mailing at Media Mail prices. Definitely not car parts. I am told that the shipping was inadequate and told to pay an additional $28.37.

I send out two emails on October **, 2014, and October **, 2014 asking for a reimbursement for the incorrect shipping fees, as well as a refund of my "2 day priority" shipping, and don't get a response until October **, 2014. Their response is, "Why did you need to pay any additional amount? "

On October **, 2014, I receive an email from them stating," I just got off the phone with [redacted]. They are stating that this is incorrect and this package does qualify for Media mail. So we have submitted a claim on that amount. Normally takes 7-10 business days for it to be settled. However, they say their services to Hawaii are not guaranteed with the exception of Express Mail so for it to take 8 business days is not out of the question and denied the claim for that. The Extra fees paid will be reimbursed. Either through us or through them. My management already approved of that if they deny it."

I tell them to go ahead with the refund, and don't hear from them again.

Only after filing a [redacted] claim 2 weeks later, do I finally get a response back from them, stating they want to work with me now. [redacted] makes me dispute the entire purchase amount, and there is no specific way to dispute a certain amount.

[redacted] rules in favor of JM Autoracing, and when emaiing them again trying to get this resolved, I receive this response on December **, 2014, "Hello [redacted],

You decided to open up a [redacted] dispute instead of working with us."

I do think that I have been more t[redacted] patient over the time span of over 8 weeks trying to get this resolved.

The last email I received from them on December **, 2014 was, "Hello I thought what we wrote was pretty clear. You attempted to file a [redacted] dispute for $229.50 instead of letting us work with you and no only trying to work this out with us reasonably because you lost the dispute."

If you search the internet on this company, it is quite clear that I'm not the only one that has faced issues with this company. I don't believe that I'll get my money back, but I strongly feel that others should be informed of this company, and way of doing business.Desired Settlement: All I'd like is a refund of the $28.37, that you folks stated you would refund me back in October.

Review: I purchased a part for my car from JM Auto Racing's by phone on July [redacted] 2012. I called after the estimated delivery date and was informed that the part was on back order and told it may be a few more weeks. I tried to contact them for some time without response. Eventually got to speak with the supposed owner of the business, but never really got anything accomplished. I finally had enough and contacted the manufacturer that informed me the part I had ordered was still in developmental stages and was not available for sale. Also that there was no way of knowing when it would be available. I tried repeatedly to get a refund from JM Auto and was never successful. I have approximately 34 E-mails dating back to 2012 showing where I tried to resolve the issue with them. I also have called and spoken with their customer service upwards of 30-40 separate occasions. This doesn't include the times I have called with no answer and/or left messages to receive a call back. At one point I had given up trying to resolve the issue due to not knowing what to do and having a family emergency that put this issue on the back burner for some time. I finally sat down one day to try again to resolve the issue. I called and spoke with someone that made it seem as though they were going to help me. He said that they couldn't process a refund to my card since the one I had placed the order on had passed its expiration. I was then told a check would be mailed to me to refund the full amount of my order. This check however never arrived. Frustrated and angered once again I sent e-mails and called with no replies and/or no answers. When I finally spoke with someone in customer service again they said the check had been mailed, but it was returned to them. He suggested that they could send me a different product and include a check for the difference in the package with it. I just wanted something to happen even though, in the back of my mind, I knew this would probably not work out. I was just hopeful that if they were still getting some money for a product I might be able to get something accomplished. This however has not been the case. I still have received no product, no refund, and as of the past three weeks I have not been able to reach anything other than their voice mail box. There has been no attempt on the part of JM Auto to contact me in this recent effort to resolve the dissatisfaction with them. The last time I attempted to call them I let them know ,by leaving a message since there was not answer after three calls in a row, that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and If need be filing a police report over this issue. Below I have pasted the original order confirmation that was sent to me after my purchase.

Review: Order No: [redacted] I called the customer service of this company to ask Why I was charged $ 17++ for shipping when the ship to address is only in Los Angeles. Apparently I made a mistake when I placed my order on-line (being a New Customer). Instead of offering a clear explanation the customer service representative started blaming for ME the mistake I made on-line instead of courteously offering a solution.It seems I pushed the International Shipping instead of the Domestic Shipping. Even then the zip code I used for the ship to address (My office Address) is [redacted], so how can my rates be International if the zip code is [redacted]?I don't mind paying for the correct shipping charges I just don't see how can the customer service be so rude to a NEW Customer and how can they charge me an International Shipping Cost if the ship to address is Los Angeles and the zip code is [redacted]?Desired Settlement: Refund the Over-Charging on the shipping Cost.I would also like the [redacted] of JM Auto Racing to acknowledge that he is aware of this complaint so that it will never happen again to any NEW Customer of JM Auto Racing in the future.

Review: I ordered D2 Coilovers for a 2002 Honda Civic Si with a custom spring rate of 14k Front and 18k rear. I was told this would be able to be done.I received the coilovers a week later and once installed on my car I noticed that the spring rate was not what was ordered. I asked to return them, but they said the coilovers looked like they had over 100 miles of use on them, which they clearly did not. So after going back and forth several times I decided to keep them and ask for a refund of the custom spring rate charge, which they said would be done. Months later I still have not received the $35 refund and I am constantly being avoided by the salesman I delt with named [redacted]. He keeps telling me the money will be in my PayPal account week after week and it still has ot arrived.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund of $35 even though I should have been able to return the coilovers for JM Auto Racing making a mistake on the order and not owning up to it.

Initial refund was processed back in June, however on a mistake on our part, we sent the paypal transaction to a "limbo" email address. After many phone calls back and forth to paypal, this was reversed and upon receiving our payment back on 07/**/2013 we processed the refund on 07/**/2013
