Review: I purchased a vehicle from JM Auto Wholesaler in April 2012. During the pricing negotiations the dealership stated the price of the vehicle was based on what repairs and monies the dealer had put into the vehicle. We were told it had new brakes, rotors, waterpump, and timing belt. We agreed on a price based on that information. In March, 2013 the vehicle was being used by our teenage daughter at college in Pennsylvania and broke down. It was towed to a [redacted] shop in Philadelphia. After 2-weeks in the shop it was determined that the waterpump and timing belt previosuly installed was not done correctly and damage occurred. I have a separate case with Revdex.com and the Maryland State Attorney generals Office regarding the [redacted]s repair. I contacted JM Auto Wholesaler in behalf of my concerns as a consumer and the Uniform Commercial Code, Article 2- 2-313. Express Warranties by Affirmation, Promise, Description, and Sample. Since this expressed warranty was part of our bartering /negotiating process when we purchased the vehicle. I asked the dealer to at least cover the costs of the parts that needed to be repaired and after several e-mails and phone calls in which he indicated he would, he changed his mind and no longer corresponded with me.Desired Settlement: I am looking for $483.86 for all the parts related to the new timing belt and parts that were damaged due to the missing timimng belt guide.
